I think it was around during the time when the Houston Rockets went to the Championship like 94-95. It was a white t-shirt with a bunch of kids sitting on a bench in a basketball locker room with like the names of the lineup from the team at the time. I had this shirt back in the day and it was amazing. if anyone would know how to find this shirt I would be eternally grateful.

My uncle has a few of these things. They are two benches that have hinges and they fold together to make a picnic table. I soooo want one of these. My husband is very handy and with his fathers cabinet shop, i'm sure he could make it. Does anyone know where I could get the template to this? Or does anyone know how and could tell me how to make it? I have a lot of kids and this would be perfect for our porch!

Am a freshmen in high school, and no one I know can bench press over like 135. But I go to a site like youtube and everyone says they could do like 200 and up. Do you think most of these kids lying or being honest?

My son is 8 years old, and the kids bullying him are the same age.I wiegh over 200 pounds and im constanly lifting weights and bench pressing I could beat them easily, and they deserve an unfair fight since they're bullies. Or i could come to the school and put one of the kids in a head lock and then let my son start punching on them?I'm the father and i will punish these bullys.

I'm 19, and my weight ranges from 175 to 180. My 1RM for flat bench is about 260, incline is 230. I eat well and work on my chest once a week. I do flat bench, dumbbell bench press, incline, dumbbell flyes, and cable cross over. I usually do 4 sets of 6-7 reps for each exercise. I am, however, quite envious of an acquaintance (not really a friend) who weighs about the same as I do but benches 185 at most. His pecs have a larger volume than mine. He may be genetically gifted, but I am so jealous. I am wondering 1) if it's all about genetics 2) what I should do to increase the volume of my chest. My mom has always had small breasts, so I wonder if I was born with a gene that prevents chest development.
