I want to know how and where to go to get a personalized outdoor planter for a garden mausoleum? I have just recently buried my husband at Queen of Heaven outdoor garden mausoleum and I noticed in the bench where they put flowers there were some planters with the persons picture and dates of birth and death, but I do not know where to get this. The person at the cemetary said that a lot were home made or by a monument place but I thought someone would know. I have an idea but I want to know where to go to get the photo encased so I can glue on my outdoor planter thank you so much for your ideas!!!!

Back in the day, I was a healthy weight, worked out frequently and kept my body in great shape. After a few years of college (beer), and college poverty (buying too much beer, too little food), and all-nighters, my muscle mass has deteriorated to next to nothing, and it's embarrassing. I'm looking for a good online resource where I can generate a workout schedule (free weight-based) that corresponds to my weight, height, expected muscle mass gain, and anticipated lifting ability as of now, which sadly isn't much compared to my past. Even if someone could point me to a good resource online that would assist me in creating a regimen of my own, I would much appreciate it. I have a set of free weight dumbbells and will be purchasing a bench press bench, bar, and plates within the month, since I had to sell my old equipment before going off to school. Thanks in advance for any suggestions or pointers! =) I know that diet also seriously affects muscle mass and weight gain. Any resources regarding proper diet for weight lifters is also appreciated. I should note that I've never been a fan of supplements or creatine, either.
